It's an amazing place to stay with. The apartment is perfectly equipped with whatever one may need specially during the long stays. The hospitality and quick help over texts is something exceptionally good and rare with most of the housing providers.

I’ve truly had the best experience with Skyhouse. I moved in 8/2020. From the first phone call to receiving my keys, the leasing experience was fantastic. They dealt with me coming back multiple times to look at similar units just so I could take measurements. I think I was pretty annoying, but they NEVER made me feel that way. I was never acknowledged with anything but a physical smile or a smiling voice over the phone. Everything went smoothly through the leasing process. There was not one thing that seemed off.
I’ve been here now for a month. I am impressed with their at attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. The office staff, concierge staff and maintenance staff are all great. My apartment is everything I was looking for. When I did the walkthrough, there was essentially nothing I could find- the place was clean, freshly painted and in perfect condition.
I’m pretty blown away. I did not expect this. It is a great building in a great location, but I figured there would be some trade off. There hasn’t been. This place, so far, is the community and home I was hoping for. I feel very fortunate to call Skyhouse home.
***Update: I’ve now been here nearly half a year. Everything I said previously holds true. I absolutely, 100% recommend checking Skyhouse out. I honestly don’t have a single thing to complain about. I am so thankful to be here. I checked a lot of places out and lived in one of the other high rises downtown. If you are like me and checking Austin out from afar (or even close) this should be at the top of your list.

Great coworking space with huge windows and open, inviting seating. It's walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, making it a great spot for a place to work. A nice outdoor patio makes it easy to enjoy the Austin weather.

Showed up this morning to see if this place would be a good fit for our recruiting team to work next to one another as opposed to being locked in our home offices. There were a few hiccups and I was a bit concerned about the feasibility of this place as a long-term solution. The leadership here seems to be very keen on making sure their clients have a positive experience and actually gave me personal attention, which isn't too common with companies these days. The fact they actually care about what 'little ol' me' thinks goes a long way with me and I'll definitely be back next week. Clean, conveniently located, secure, and plenty of individual offices/conference rooms to accommodate larger teams. There's a cute little patio and chairs in the back if you want to work and get some fresh air. kevin@rightworksinc.com.

Michie and Kasey are in two words, amazing and efficient! They provide superior service and no detail is too small for them to manage. Not sure what I would do without them.

If you are in the central/east/downtown Austin area and looking for a co-working space, look no further! Common Desk on 6th & Congress has it ALL! From the ideal location in the heart of downtown Austin (near several excellent restaurants btw) to the STUNNING building design (incredible views from the 9th floor, vibrant plants and Austin-themed decor which nod to the city's rich history, variety of offices/conference rooms/common desks ;-)/cozy nooks and amenities to suit your needs) to the overall inviting work environment... you will fall in love with this space and this community! You will be treated like family by the friendly staff and members. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just completed the tour trip; Costa Rica extended for 9 days and 8 nights. The people I meet in the group were awesome and at the end of the trip we all became great friend. The communities we visited were also superb. Its great seeing how almost everyone knew each other there. Our tour guide, Tete, was amazing. She had great knowledge of the communities, good leadership skills; looking after the group, and super friendly with the community and the group. One of the best tour guides and trips I ever took. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Industrious Austin has nailed hospitality and creating community. Margaret and Andi do a great job of being helpful and connecting people but not being overly burdensome. I'm a month or so in but they have created a warm and productive vibe and have landed on a good ratio of offices to co-working desks -- mostly offices. Good thing they are opening a new location - Austin deserves it.

I won a free month at this office and it was a great break in the routine of working from home. They have an electronic temperature scan at the front door, have implemented one-way "traffic" along the hallways, and have masks, sanitizer, wipes and gloves easily accessible in multiple places. They kept up their fun things like breakfast tacos, bloody mary's, and others. Although some of the couches and smaller offices weren't available (covid) it was still a great safe place to come work. Internet was great and my office was cute and cozy. The team made me feel welcome and I could tell it was a solid community of people there as well.

The amenities, bright environment and special events only add to the positive energy and vibe, creating a positive working experience.

After my wife and I had kids, I found I couldn't focus working from home and needed office space. I missed the community aspect of connecting with others when I worked in an office and toured quite a few co-working spaces. Impact Hub was the best environment (and for the price). I LOVE the people who work there and everyone is so kind and friendly. There's also ample space and little-to-no noise so I can focus on work. The coffee, tea, and surprise meals are an added bonus. Highly recommend!
