STAY AWAY! My business encountered problems from the first bill. Unauthorised charges for services we did not request, VAT charges and at the end unauthorised fourfold of our monthly rent got charged to our company card in addition to the monthly rent. Extremely slow problem solving, constant issues with their online platform - we could not immediately end the agreement, but the year 2025 was confirmed instead in the online process. Also requested online retainer refund but it could not be done due to online form requiring IBAN details that only EU banks provide. Still waiting for nearly $2000 and so much time wasted.
I have recently started working in Regus at 41 Shortland street office area. I found the staff are very helpful. The facilities secured and are good. Great on site support. Nice seating area. Clean kitchens. Nice place to work where I found a rhythm to my day-to-day work activities.

We make use of Regus Chancery's offices and meeting rooms. Certainly good value for money. The offices and meeting rooms are modern and always clean and very presentable. Kitchen facilities are good. The girls on reception are lovely and always ensure our clients feel welcome and well looked after.
Our company has been staying with Regus Shortland st for over 2 years. I would highly recommend Regus Shortland st to all! The staff are especially helpful, always friendly and generous. The offices and facilities are very clean, modern, and secure. You will feel very comfortable with their services!!
Totally Unethical, unprofessional, non-transparent and partial treatment. I requested for upgrade, which was confirmed but proposed office was leased to someone else. The person told me he was not involved in the deal, but on requested further, I found he was fully involved. In the meantime they renewed my lease whilst i confirmed that I only need a bigger office and do not want to continue with that one. Long story, but i have all evidences in writing. if you need to see, feel free to contact me.
