One of the worst outfits you will come across
Cool place to work and have meetings. Mix of formal and casual workspace, with cool people and awesome atmosphere to work. Interiors are vibrant and eye capturing with bunch of gaming stuff.
I had a good experience moving our small team into a 4 person office.
The reception staff truly make the place, know what they're doing, willing and able to help.
IT are competent as well, although can take hours for a response (I was setting up a CISCO Meraki VPN device on a static IP address). Thankfully, again, reception staff are there to help and did the communication with IT on my behalf and we got everything up and running by morning next day. Knowledgeable responses by IT enabled this also.
Environment is fantastic to work in, both the shared office space and our own 4 person office.
Everyone seems happy and friendly.
This team has a poor attitude. When asking questions, they didn't even glance at me and said I'm busy right now and let me ask another person. When I working in a public area, the staff came to me and asked which company you serve. There are many people in the public area but she only asks me, and even twice times! It feels very bad.
Cool place, but no interest in helping coworkers at all. We are having serious issues with Bizdojo, we are getting no answer from the team, and lack os service is killing us. We are having issues with payment and my team is not allowed inside the building, we are trying to solve it but no help from the CM. This is very serious for us, but seems not that mucho for Bizdojo Ponsoby. Nobody cares then I will spread the word so we are listened. This affecting my business and already contact lawyers but is awful getting to this point.
