This WeWork location has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. At first, I was hesitant to use a shared workspace in light of COVID-19. However, these facilities have implemented guidelines and cleaning procedures that made me feel at ease. It's a convenient location with wonderful amenities, and hosts like Gloria and Akil that go above and beyond.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to switch up their work from home routine.
Nexus 1201 is a great office space. We have been here almost two years-- moving into the office was a smooth and easy process and it has been like a whole new experience ever since! Offices are modern, parking is easy, security is great, and the list goes on.
Our clients love our stylish and clean office space. The conference rooms are very accessible and great for whatever your needs: client meet and greets, depositions, mediations, team meetings, or holiday parties! The floor manager, Tom, is fantastic. He and Alexis are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful.
At the start of the pandemic, Nexus 1201 offered a lot of great accommodations for mail and other necessities. Whether you're looking for physical in office space or a virtual one, Nexus 1201 is well worth the consideration.
I have held a membership at TechSquare Labs for five months now and I absolutely love this place. They have such a positive community that is willing to help you with your own business as needed. The atrium is filled with so many areas to get work done in addition to several conference rooms to hold meetings and private phone calls. This place is a must-see!
Convenient and centrally located events facility. Comfortable amenities, easy to find with ample parking which is a necessity for the location downtown and in a majority driving city such as Atlanta.
Plenty of presentation, and reception space with ample seating and up to date A/V amenities.
Have not had an opportunity to try the coworking space as of yet but a good addition to this area of downtown rife with tech incubators.
WeWork in The CODA Building is a wonderful place to work. The space is vibrant, the staff is friendly/helpful, and the perks are unbeatable. I have had the hot desk membership for two months and wouldn’t consider going to any other co-working space in the city. The main floor gets a little loud sometimes, but you can find a quiet space to work between the two floors and CODA’s collaborative core. This WeWork has a great mix of startups and established companies. I find myself constantly bumping shoulders with startup founders, coders, and engineers. The WeWork staff will even throw events about 2-3x per week to help members get to know each other. I previously worked at Industrious in Ponce City Market. It’s a great co-working space, but this is better. And lastly, all the cold brew, kombucha, and espresso you can drink! :)
This is probably the worst location in terms of parking. There are no available spaces to park on site if you have an office space and there’s never any street parking available either. The facility is really nice and the staff is great, the parking situation is just horrible. I will never get an office here again.

I am encountering some issues regarding my current office space at the Midtown East location in Atlanta, Ga. My current agreement is from May 2020 through November 2020 and I was notified that my agreement has been renewed through May 2021 which I did not consent to. I am not interested in renewing my agreement for an additional $2,700 nor am I interested in renewing my agreement, paying a month's rent in the amount of $450 and then turning around to cancel that contract which is what offer I was presented with. I understand that there is 90 day policy on intentions to renew but are you really meaning to tell me with everything going on in the economy that 72 days in advance is not enough notice and that no exceptions can be made?
Nobody is willing to help, there doesn't seem to be anyone else to speak to except a "TEAM LEAD" who is stating that basically I have to pay an additional $500 to get out of a contract THAT HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET!!!!!!
How can my contract RENEW if my current contract of MAY2020-NOV2020 HASN'T EVEN ENDED YET, WE'RE STILL IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!! #RIDICULOUS
Great building and even better staff. The management team does and amazing job of building an inclusive and rewarding community that everyone in the office can be part of. I would highly recommend this building for any start ups looking for office space in fast-growing, creative, high tech, Midtown Atlanta area. It is also one of the few buildings on Peachtree with plenty of parking. On another note, there is always free food, drinks, events, and games that inspire connectivity and collaboration.
I couldn't imagine a more productive environment that the MidTown Industrious.
The space is well done and kept up very well. The accoutrements are abundant and matched to the community wants. The community managers are always great and very engaged.
Anytime our company has had a need it was met. When we have wins we always get a note or gift from the Industrious team.
I am so happy to have a great place to grow our business.
Best co-working space in Atlanta. Ground floor office with gated parking. Amazing location between Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market for much less than downtown spaces.
Hands down the best place I have rented an office space in Atlanta. Great atmosphere, very accessible location! Would refer to anyone looking for a great office for rent!
Industrious Ponce City Market has been a fabulous environment for us to continue to build our company in the Atlanta market. We've been here now for almost two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always friendly and available for any questions or requests. Since Covid-19 there has been proper protocol with masks worn in all common areas, full sanitation of all appliances and office space, including temperature check for entry. I couldn't feel any safer in this community! I'll continue to office here and refer any and all that I can who are looking for a full-service co-working space!
