We have rented office space here at Shared Space in Cobb since April 2019 and we truly love it - we love the atmosphere and the friendly faces and the fun networking events offered. We enjoy connecting with and meeting all the other companies working in the space and we absolutely love the GM Melissa! Thank you Shared Space for such a great work environment!
SharedSpaces is the fourth co-location space where I have worked. It stands head and shoulders above all the others. Melissa O'Shea manages SharedSpace Cobb and does an incredible job. The offices are kept clean and nice. The amenities are excellent and well maintained. An additional shout out to Raul who does a great job cleaning the offices at night. The entire staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend SharedSpace Cobb.

Do not rent your office space from this company! We have been tenants at the Cobb location for about nine months and continually have issues with internet connection, the printers working, and the walls are paper thin so that you hear everything around your office. The employees have an extreme amount of turn over and we feel the ownership is attempting to squeeze money out of our company despite our written contract. Overall the staff is friendly but the management team has been terrible. The rent has increased substantially over the past year. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your office needs.
I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere prior to renting from this company. I feel as though the owner has reneged on our agreement, attempted to strong arm us into paying money that is not owed, fired his best employees, and is continuing to create issues due to his unfounded reading of the contract. I would encourage you to read other reviews about the price increases over the past year, the noise, and the overall environment of the office. There were numerous days that the internet would not work, the printer was down, and the air conditioner stopped working. Overall, in our experience a terrible place to do business with.
