Reviews from visitors:
I've worked at SharedSpace for 2.5 years and have always felt very welcomed. The staff are very communicative and accommodating whenever I have an issue or need any help. The facilities are spacious and always clean and well kept. Plus, Dana cooks us waffles once a month, what else could I ask for? I'm happy to be a SharedSpace member!
I have been at SharedSpace Dunwoody for 2 1/2 years and I am set for another year lease. The space is open and very clean. I have quiet when I need it and always feel welcome by staff. I have collaborated with a number of SharedSpace members who have hired our company, as well as joined me with their services to pitch new clients. Good vibe. We are very happy here!
Parking at this building is atrocious. The two hour parking spots are always full by the same vehicles and people make their own parking spaces. Have fun walking from the back of the large parking lot across the street. Walls are paper-thin so it's impossible to hear sometimes if there are large gatherings. While management is very responsive and apologetic, the same problems still exist and nothing is ever done to remedy them.
Awesome customer service. Very accommodating! Happy hour around 2.
One advantage of co-working spaces for small businesses and entrepreneurs is that they add stability to your office location. Unfortunately, SharedSpace “pulled the rug” of stability from under my business by changing membership pricing just four months into the year (we negotiated the current rate at the start of the year). Unlike some of the co-working space competitors that keep a rate stable for a year, SharedSpace just sent 3 days ago an impersonal email forcing me to either pay the hefty fees to change my office address on business cards, deliverables and formal registrations that charge fees for mid-year address changes (like with the Secretary of State and professional licenses) or I just have to “pony up” to pay the 150% increase beginning mid-year for HALF of the services currently received. This is not the stability that small businesses need — my team has switched to Roam, which is nearby, has better sound-proof rooms and offers an annual contract to minimize these type of careless and unnecessary mid-year surprises. This has been a disappointing experience because co-working spaces are known to be a bridge but for me, SharedSpace today has become a stumbling block.
