Regus Falsy claims that they had encountered relief measures for the customers during COVID19 lockdown. But what they actually did, is to ask for 50% of invoices to be paid during the lockdown months (apr-may 2020) and the rest 50% was split in the remaining months of the contract. No discount, nothing.
They also had no internet connection for 10 days and they did not deduct the monthly invoice, to soothe their customers' inconvenience, who couldn't work from Marousi offices for 10 days.
Unacceptable behavior in terms of complaints' management.
Help desk shoots the ball to the local office and vice versa. I have regretted, choosing them.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
btw the local representatives, have selectively taken distancing measures.....BUT NOT at my office (in front of the lockers) which is in the midway to the men's restroom.

It's just perfect....it has it all.... The best place to rent if you own a business or doing interviews for your company...anything you can rent ,a space here ....
Best solution for a start-up business (and not only). Excellent service, safety, functionality, customized solutions and, the most important, "Peace of Mind" for several daily issues which in other setups consume enormous managerial power.
