Although I'm glad places like these have spawned up recently, it's definitely not one of the best of its kind. I guess it's not bad as a co-working space but not really great for speeches/conferences as it's rather small and restricted. Could be better with some refurnishing maybe. The main advantage is probably its location.
Good co-working space, nicely designed with amenities that will accommodate your needs. However, this is the worst place for a speech. It is an open space which means that people who are working are in the same room and you can hear everything except of the speaker. That said, a good place to grow a mediocre place to share and speak.

Very interesting presentations, extremely friendly people. It really feels like you are at home after 2-3 visits
