I spent 4 weeks in Nine, it was my first time in a coliving environment. It was everything I hoped for. Fantastic coworking environment, I am a software Engineer, it has everything you need to work, from big monitors to stand-up desks. People living there are super friendly. Within a couple days I was already making plans with them. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking. They offer yummy breakfast to feed your body, and daily yoga to feed your soul :).
Very nice pleasant space. Packages were accepted and helped with every question or wish. Was there 2 months. Very good and I can warmly recommend it if you are looking for a co-working space near La Orotava or Puerto de la Cruz!
Greicy and her professional colleagues are awesome. They are very helpful and will make you a great deal you will not regret. Once I had problem with the water, i just called once and the water was fixed the same day. They are very professional and will give you a proper contract. I can recommend this agency for everyone, you will be very happy !!
Great place to work! The space is quiet and without distractions. There are three air-conditioning units, which really helps in the summer. There's also a kitchen area equipped with a fridge and a coffee maker. There is also a large conference room available to the co-workers. The pricing is reasonable!

Despite having a large choice of real estate agencies in BB Tenerife, I personally chose Buy Houses Tenerife because of their very good prices and obviously I went with them.
They also rent your property if necessary and take care of all the process. I'm pleased with company's services and I totally recommend them.
Nevertheless they also offer a post-sale package regarding the name change of all contracts (water, electricity, internet, taxes etc) of which I was very pleased with as I couldn't stay longer on the island.

Coworking Nomad, is very well located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, right next to Parque Bulevar. 3 minutes from the supermarket, and 8 minutes from the tram stop.
It is a place, with good lighting, meeting room, well-equipped rest area. The person who takes it Arti Girdhari Thadani, is charming, helps you in everything that is in your hand, is very involved with the community and to promote social initiatives.
Its community of coworkers, is composed of diverse entrepreneurs, creative and autonomous. There is a very good atmosphere among them, synergies and collaborations are produced, community breakfasts are made, etc.
I totally recommend that you visit it.
CoWorking Cost Adeje is a fantastic coworking space. The owner and her team were very helpful and flexible. I was living in Los Cristianos and you can get to the co-working space with one direct and frequent bus (about 25 min). Thanks again !

My-place is a wonderful coworking structure where you will find the most friendly people I ever met on this island and the best ones in efficiency.
They gladly welcomed our team with some awesome areas including a wonderful terrace, a meeting room, a ping pong room, free water provider and an ultra-speed fast internet connection.
I'm really happy to be here and work from this awesome office.
Coworking in the Sun, has been a great place to develop my own project. It's a place that I could be focused at my work and at the same time meet interesting people and have. We did different outdoors activities, like surfing or spending an afternoon at the beach at Tenerife South.
The coworking ubication is also nice, near the botanical gardens, there are many facilities like a supermarket and bus stops.
I totally recommend the experience of combining work, with fun, good weather and amazing landscapes!
