Reviews from visitors:
Short review: the hotel was dirty and it stank.
We're ok with cheap and cheerful as long as the place is clean. We ended up here because it was the only place available on a busy night in peak season.
The price was low, granted, but no hotel should be allowed to operate in this condition.
The room reeked as soon as we walked in: "it smells of smoked salmon", the fiancée lamented. And we hadn't opened the bathroom yet. It smelt of a mixture of a public toilet, a portakabin, and, somehow, the head on a dirty ferry between the islands on an Asian island. The smell was unbearable. The flushing didn't work well. It didn't work well in the room, and it didn't work at all in the public bathroom downstairs.
We stayed there because we were going to spend next to no time in the room, but if I were Ibis I'd shut the place down until I brought it up to the standard that people expect when they see their name on a building.
Oh, and there's no lift. It didn't bother us, but it's worth noting.
Avoid the place at all costs until its properly refurbished.
Free parking, rooms are clean but on a smaller side, soap, body wash and a towel per person included, vending machines on the ground floor, breakfast was great. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS !
About 2,5 km from the city, low budget hotel. For what is offered a bit expensive, but the staff was very friendly. Near the highway so great for stop over.
Very convenient location right next to the highway and 10mins drive to the city centre. Very close to amenities (restaurants, Lidl, gas station etc...). Small and cozy room, good breakfast, good price.
We had a room booked for 3 nights, as we got there staff informed us there was a server issue and they had no idea if and when it would be solved...
so we had a room booked but they could not check us in, give us any room! They suggested we try and come back in the evening hoping it would be solved.
We tried going for a drive and go back after an hour to check if we could get a room now.
Still nothing worked, still no clue if we could get a room or not (booked 2 weeks ago!) but then the suggestion came up that if we would pay cash in advance they could get us a room...of course since the system was down not even the doors (electric key) would work...
Finally we enter the room and it is FILTHY. Beside the system not working the door lock is broken there is blood blotches and stains all over the walls and doors (moskitos?), the window is so dirty it looks like there is fog. The bathroom is a nightmare made of dirt, mold, rust and scum, the shower handle is broken, rusty and with hair attached, the toilet is broken also.
We look out on the corridor and see the two room maids carrying a tiny bucket of dirty water from one room to the next cleaning it all with the same water and rug.
Needless to say we ran.
Don't ever go there for no reason.
