I had a spare day in Antwerpen Berchem and what a great idea was it to spend it in Fridays coworking space! Great silent zone to keep yourself focused on your job, inspiring and kind people to talk to, tasty coffee and waffels to keep you cheered up during the day. Separate work and professional meeting place in Antwerp North. Location is an old industrial site that has been completely redesigned for co-working and meetings. You would not immediately look for such an offer there, but it does tell something about the revival of the neighborhood. Original. And nicely done. Qualitative catering. Two smaller comments. In the meeting room, the choice of carpet in combination with the chosen seats is less successful. And something still needs to be done about accessible sockets.
Very nice place, authentic atmosphere, decor, and sense of space! The staff guided the tour in a professional and very friendly manner, answered all questions, and offered a suitable financial solution. Special attention is paid to a well-organized co-workplaces. You are in a common space with colleagues, but at the same time, you have your private working-space.
I worked here for 5 months .
First of all the location is central and easily accessible. Even by car (there's a parking nearby) or public transportation or the bike. Secondly, the office facilities are excellent, there's a fresh coffee bean machine, clean desks & everything your need. Thirdly the atmosphere is great and you can make use of their network to grow your own business. Lastly, the support of the owners is excellent. There are open communication lines and they'll do everything to help you.
Thus, I can advice this coworking space.
After several test days at other coworking spaces, I ended up with Peter and 'The entrepot'. After one test day it quickly became clear that the large space, the good atmosphere and the community feeling are very inviting. Being surrounded by other entrepreneurs & creatives every day is very motivating and creates a strong community as well as great collaborations. I can only recommend this inspiring place!
