Super team!
I had my commercial property sold by them. The service I got was exemplary and I would certainly deal with them again. Straight up and no headaches. Great team. Thanks.
Our experience with Immo bib was not amazing, it took them a month of setting appointments, cancelling them sometimes without even warning us that it was cancelled. So first impression was not of the best.
Anyway, charming Immo brokers, but I wouldn't call them helpful. We made an offer to an appartment, only for them to reply a bit late that it was not a no nor a yes yet.
And then after a while, they told us that the owners unfortunately decided to sell the appartment via the bank.
The day after that announcement, the add for that very appartment was back on immo websites, stated as NEW.
Thank god we didn't buy with them. I hope they treat their their client differently.
Immo BIB was our first experience with a real estate agency. And what an experience, super sweet people .... Correct agreements ... Young driven people who even speak in the evening. In short, these people do everything they can to make you feel good when selling your house. We definitely recommend this real estate.

1 property sold in less than 6 months, the other in less than 2 months A lot of time is spent on viewings and dealt with professionally with the customers.
