Good:
1. The space available for recreation/relaxing - huge balcony, swimming pool and sunbathing chairs
2. Stilt parking in the basement
Disappointing:
1. One tiny wardrobe which would barely suffice two people
2. The single bed was probably meant for kids because an average adult would barely fit
3. Toilet papers, towels were short and we had to rush to the reception to get the same
4. Issues with the air conditioner
Go away! This a very poor quality for the price. The apartment is completely outdated and dirty when we arrived. It smells badly in the bathroom which is not nice and convenient at all. We are a family of 4 staying here for one month and this is just not acceptable to rent this, rooms are very small, no cupboards in. You can find much much better. Long story short, see the pictures.

I have been staying in the hotel for some days and appreciated the comfortable rooms they offer. I would say that the breakfast is quite expensive for the products they actually offer and I would also suggest a better control of room's maintenance. Still, I particularly appreciated the reception service which was very kind, welcoming and helpful. And of course, the terrace and swimming pool on the top of the building is a very good point to improve your experience there. ;)
Good overall. Parking was a bit confusing and breakfast a bit simple, but rooms were decent. No trash cans in the rooms was a bit strange though.
