Hôtel well placed with nice bed. Personnel very pleasant and professional.
Issue with window and heating. Floor without carpet noisy due to kids running above my room.
Due to covid restrictions, breakfast taken inside room but quality not same than in the dining room
Beds were great. Felt claustrophobic in tiny toilet closet separate from shower and sink next door. Breakfast buffet at €10 per person had a lot of meat assortment, breads, cheeses and little fruits. Limited options for people who have dairy and gluten sensitivity. We have always liked to stay at Best Western hotel so this rate is because of the bathroom and breakfast options.
This hôtel is clean, quiet, near by the rail station of the city, not far from the old town, the Annecy lake,, and the shopping district.
The equipments in the room is modern and convenience.
The breakfast is good.
I strongly recommend you booking this hotel.
Good position, comfort, friendly staff.
Hotel itself is alright. The only downsides in my opinion where that there was no sink in the toilet, I needed to go to bathroom to wash my hands.
