Good location, good beds and nice- friendly staff. I don't particularly like the carpet floors and you can hear everything from the neighbors and from outside (bad sound isolation).
Very reasonable price hotel with great location and very friendly staff. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walks from the main train station. Also, from Campanile hotel you can reach almost all over the old Annecy city and to the Annecy lake. The hotel is bit old with very minimum furniture, no refrigerator in the room but the price and the location compensation for it. The hotel is very quiet although the hotel is in the downtown which is a big plus. I cannot recommend the breakfast, it was very limited comparing to other hotels I been to. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of its friendly staff, the great location and the prices.
Spent one night and it was great, room was super clean and the view we had was pretty nice. Front desk girls were very warm and welcoming, great customer service. The hotel itself was clean and lovely, the cleaning staff should be told their work is very much appreciated and excellent. Close to the bus station and many shops along with lots of places to go eat. Parking is included so that was very convenient as well. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely come back.
Nice hotel, and the staff was very nice. Well located in the city and had parking included. We stayed in a family room which was very convenient. Only wish the air conditioning worked better as it was very hot in the room. Otherwise a great value for the price.
The stuff are not friendly, and the receptionist is even mean and scary...
