Stanley Dean has a fantastic office staff. Zach and Sam are very courteous and knowledgeable. I stopped in their office to inquiry about purchasing a homeowner's and auto insurance policy. And within a few minutes they were able to provide me with several competitive insurance quotes. They have certainly earned my business with their excellent customer service..
WORST insurance company. Spent hours trying to adjust the last 2 bills after switching to this office, spoke to 2 women who assured me it would be taken care of. Nope, still being overcharged.I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. This has been nothing but a hassle. You been warned. Terrible. UPDATE- Took 2 1/2 months for them to fix issue. (unacceptable, imagine if I had a claim? omg). Rate also increased 40 dollars monthly after switching from another office that was consistent for 15 years. I would recommend to shop around, there are better, more capable companies out there. The lack of pro activeness is seriously lacking in this office. Again, God forbid I had a claim.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the people here, they are always so willing to help you understand what your insurance is and how it effects you. Along with explaining things in a way I can understand. They're always pushing to get me any discount I'm eligible for and would definitely recommend it to all of my friends without hesitation! Woohoo!! Stanley Dean State Farm!
Agents always find ways to give me discounts on my products. Love the way they go through the book of business every year to make sure everyone is keeping up with their insurance needs. Always friendly faces and great service for my auto and home needs.
I have to say the customer service is great at this location. Even though I do not have StateFarm any longer due to price the agent I was working with took time to refer me somewhere so I would have coverage when I left their office. I appreciate how much they want to help.
