I had a very poor experience with The Thinking Hut recently. Having trekked across Amsterdam to get there I was greeted by a tall brunette gentleman who in very broken English told me The Thinking Hut Oost was closed to new members. I wish they had included that information on their website as it was a completely wasted journey. The facilities to my eye looked OKAY but the poor service was a real disappointment. There are more friendly collab spaces elsewhere.
I went there with the day pass. Super super nice staff. There are good lunch options nearby as well
Awesome location near center and next to the park, with flexible workplaces surrounded by beautiful art.
I have been there twice as a teacher trainer. The atmosphere is so inspiring, well decorated and cosy. In addition the staff especially Ramon and Zurine have a welcoming, friendly and problem solving attitude. ı feel lucky to be a part of that atmosphere even temporarily.
Great place, great atmosphere and great people. You get this cozy feeling when working at The Thinking Hut, which is difficult to find in other co-working spaces, and surely not in offices.
In doubt whether to get a desk? Go there on Wednesday for lunch (and make sure you reserve a spot of what the chef is cooking) and check it out!
