Notwithstanding the cordial staff, just too many things wrong. I got cutlery with dried-out crusty globs of leftover food. The burgers were "extremely rare" on the inside, but quite brown on the outside. Also, watery. Like they went straight from the freezer into a pan. Ordered Coca Cola Zero and regular Coca Cola, and we got "Pepsi Max" or "Kaleb Cola" (in opened bottles) without asking confirmation. This is significantly different. If you don't have my brand, just say so, don't just give me something I didn't order. Service was quite slow even though there were only a few tables taken. Starter prices are much too high for what you get for it especially since my starter plate was ice cold, felt like they just pulled them from a cooling unit anyway. I ordered rose wine, and while the rest of the group got their beers quickly, my wine never arrived. At least they didn't put it on the bill. The latte macchiato was lukewarm at best. They either let it sit for minutes or they used non-heated milk.
The fries and the beer were ok, though. As we were in a group and celebrating something, I didn't feel like making a point then and there (except for the dirty cutlery). If I would have been alone, I'd have left without paying for the first two points, and complained about the rest. Can't speak for my party, but I will most definitely not be back.
The crowd, bartenders are very helpful and friendly

Always a wonderful atmosphere, a place where you are welcomed with open arms and where you want to cycle for a while
