AVOID! After paying my deposit THEY broke the contract . Apartment was never ready to move in then when I asked for my deposit back they refused. I never got my money back.

Dinah and her staff are easy to recommend. For my visa to retire in Spain, the consulate required a one-year lease. After many negative replies to my emails, Dinah said yes. She helped with all the details like setting up the electric and water bills (a very different system from the US). They were also a big help with opening bank accounts, finding my way around and just general advice on daily life in Spain. I count everyone there as a friend and don't know what I would have done without them.
