To begin with they give you the keys late, they do not accompany you to the house, and obviously they will not check the house with you when you leave it, so you find out what happened to us ... that days later they demand things from you that You don't even believe it, like broken lamps or appliances.
The photos of the house very well, when you arrive you identify the house by chance, and when you enter there is no hot water, electrical problems and leaks ...
In short, in the end they have taken away what they wanted from the deposit, but we have not been able to claim anything for everything that did not work.
1600 euros for a week in a house that has nothing to do with the photos and the basic services of the house did not work. No light in several rooms, in addition to the constant leaking of the lead, no hot water, broken hammocks, ... And to top it off they take part of the bail, accusing us of breaking things after two or three days of leaving the house and without justification. How are we going to break the microwave plate, which could hardly be opened because the door collided with the counter, if it could not be removed! And if it was the cleaning service ???
To begin with, they do not even meet the entry time, it puts you at 4:00 p.m. and they tell you after 5:00 p.m. and it depends on whether they have finished cleaning or not. The departure time yes, strictly.
The photos of the house on the web are great, when you get to it: Leaks in a bathroom, half of the plugs do not work, the power goes out continuously, broken hammocks and since it is summer because cold showers because the Heater....
And from the deposit, because to take away everything they can without justifying bills, they take it away from you and if you want to make a claim, they deducted things from us that we did not break. Oh ... and when you ask for the claim form, they don't even answer you ...
The house was good, clean and in good condition, the only thing that is not good is the treatment of the real estate (bad character, unfriendly).
