They have hidden prices and lack of transparency when it comes to pricing. Make sure sale person gives you all details in advance.
You might think you see all prices while you are signing but nope their house rules guideline might mention mandatory price(even you stay for a month) that might not be mentioned by the sales person or can’t be found anywhere but in house rules 4th page as 42nd rule - surprise
Ah also they don’t mention, when you sign you have to answer VAT registered but no one mentions as individual with no owned company you have to pay %25 VAT. Even you learn this on the day you sign in they don’t cancel your agreement either - respect if it is a company policy but after all faults I don’t care about it!
When you complain about only information that was given to you by the sale person was the raw price of the room, they treat you like a child and say “we will tell him to not do it again” .
Well done This is how you lose trust and respect. Thank you for the experience.
